Free Delivery & Returns

All orders placed on leesa.co.uk are eligible for free delivery and returns.

Free Delivery

Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Our mattresses are made to order, so it usually takes between 3-5 business days to build and compress your mattress. After this it will be boxed and shipped via UPS and you will receive an email confirming that your item is on its way to you. Depending on your location, it can take 1-2 business days for your order to be delivered to the front door of your building.

Pillows will be delivered in 3 – 7 business days.

Making a change to your delivery information or delivery date:

Once you have received your shipping email with your UPS tracking number, you will need to wait for a delivery attempt before making any changes. After UPS has made a delivery attempt you will be able to rearrange delivery or change the delivery address by:

  • Calling on 03457 877 877 in the UK or 353 1 52 45446 in the Republic of Ireland.
  • To skip through the menu options and reach a customer service operative, select options 7,2,2,2,2.
  • You will then need to quote your tracking number in order to request a change to your delivery date or delivery address.
  • Alternatively, if you have a UPS MyChoice account, you can make alterations to your delivery information online at www.ups.com.

If you have not received your shipping email with your UPS tracking number, you can contact our customer service team by:

If you need to change the delivery address for your parcel, please inform us as soon as possible. If the parcel has already been prepared for delivery or dispatched from our warehouse, we will be able to inform UPS, however this will add an extra 24-48 hours onto your estimated delivery time.

What happens if I am not in for the delivery of my order?

UPS will make 2 consecutive delivery attempts. If you miss both attempts, your package will be delivered back to us and we will get in touch with you to rearrange delivery at a time that suits you.

Free Returns

We are confident that you will love your mattress or pillow, but we understand that everyone has different sleeping preferences. If for whatever reason you would like to return your Leesa mattress, Leesa Luxury Hybrid mattress or your Leesa Pillow, you have 100 nights from the day of delivery to do so.
