What is your return policy?

We are confident you will love your Leesa mattress, but if you don’t, you have up to 100 nights to request a return, please contact customer support and let us know.

We recommend trying the mattress for at least 30 nights, as sometimes changing to a new mattress can take a few weeks to fully adjust.

We will aim to reply to your request in 24 hours Monday to Friday to arrange the return.
We will arrange a free pickup from your home so you do not have to worry about fitting your Leesa back in the box or return shipping costs.

We do our best to locate a charity in your community to donate the mattress to, otherwise we coordinate your pick up with our recycle partner. Once collected, we refund your purchase in full.
